The purpose of this seminar is to assist emergency service organizations in developing and placing into practice standard operational guidelines. A number of areas where SOPs/SOGs should be considered are presented. The class instruction and discussion will allow the participants to apply the principles of developing standard operation guidelines by actually writing one or more draft SOGs.
